Year end summary 2014

To say we have been blessed this year would be an enormous understatement.  A record year once again is the headliner and it couldn’t have come at a more critical juncture in our company’s business cycle.  Your commitment and all that you do to deliver on our purpose – to help each other be successful and how we can support our clients at every stage of the construction cycle has been the key.

While there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead, we end 2014 stronger and better able to serve customers and clients. We continued throughout the year to grow every critical division of our company, to build loyalty, and to better manage through a manageable growth model, develop relationships and take advantage of the economy. Today, our company is exposed to less risk and poised to grow at our standard year over year rate. As a company we are committed to strengthening our business relationships.  You will see an added emphasis with one-on-one training, visits, and team building experiences this year and moving forward. Relationships are designed to withstand hard times, economic influx, and differences.  Relationships built on a common foundation are flat out stronger – we engender these types of affiliations.

There is ample evidence that we are moving forward as always the leader in Rooftop Support Systems.  Because we are a privately held company, we do not highlight financials or progress reports – please know that we are financially sound, a healthy corporation and that our focus and strategies are clear.  Simply put: We can do more for people, companies, owners and institutions than any other support system company out there. Why? Because this what we do, this is all we do, and we are very good at our occupation.  And day after day, we are proving it in the marketplace.

Obviously, I speak confidently about MIRO because of our outstanding staff in Heber, our National account team in Texas, and the best independent Reps in the country.  I have watched a host of competitors come and go in our small niche market.  Estimates suggest we have about 20 rooftop support product categories in the market place, many of which have a typical 3 year life cycle.  Some have the staying power to be considered established, none of them offer the breadth of product, brand recognition, warranty, engineering, code compliance, and overall well rounded business model like we do.  People like doing business with MIRO and it shows.

The New Year will bring its own mix of successes and challenges, but our direction is clear and we know what we must do. Our job is to continue to focus intently on what we can control: providing our customers and clients with the best service and most comprehensive rooftop solutions in the market.  Our long-term value will come through and be reflected in our relationships. Please do all you can to emphasize relationships this year and we will do the same.

I appreciate all of your great work this year.  Please let your families know we appreciate your hard work and dedication to MIRO.  We love and admire our Independent Rep network, you are what makes MIRO grow. I have such great confidence in our future. Please enjoy some well-deserved rest with family and friends during this holiday season, and let’s get right back to it in 2015
