INSTALLATION:
To install the pillow block pipestands:

1. Center the pipestand beneath the pipe so that the cradle allows the pipe to be squarely over and through the cradle of the pipestand.
2. An additional sheet of roofing material or a traffic pad should be placed beneath the pipestand. For built up roofs, all loose aggregate from an area 10" square should be moved from the area directly beneath the pipestand. Set the pipe in the pipestand without dropping or causing undue impact.
3. Adjust roller to evenly distribute load weight.

OPTIONAL METHOD OF INSTALLATION:
Where code requires or as desired the pipestands may be attached to the roof by appropriate and compatible rooftop fasteners through holes left in the bottom of the pipestand pitchpan. After attachment has been made to the roof, the pitchpan may be filled with asphalt material or cement to help seal the areas around the fasteners. In addition, the pipe may be secured to the 1.5 and 3-R pipestands by using plumbers tape and two 1/2" #8 screws in the guide holes at the top of each pipestand. Note: allow sufficient room between the pipe and plumbers tape to provide for free movement of the pipe without binding.

MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance is not normally required. Semi-annual inspection is suggested to realign the pipestands or correct improper installation which could result in pipestand failure or damage.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
MIRO warrants for a period of twenty years from the date of delivery the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. MIRO makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, including without limitation, the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the limited warranty set for the above. Every claim under this warranty shall be deemed waived unless made in writing and received by MIRO within thirty (30) days of the date the defect to which each claim relates is discovered or should have been discovered.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the limit of MIRO's liability shall be re-supply of a like quantity of non-defective products and that MIRO shall have no such liability except where the damage or claim results solely from breach of MIRO's warranty. MIRO shall not be liable for any incidental consequential, or other damages, for any alleged negligence, breach or warranty, strict liability, improper installation, fault of other third parties, or any other theory, other than that limited liability set forth above.
